Meet Our Founder
Nichole M. Tucker, M.Ed.
Nichole Tucker is a mission-driven advocate, teacher, and consultant with 15+ years of experience in special education, mental health, trauma-informed care and 5 years in the legal sector. She is a bold education activist creating a global movement to reform the education system by prioritizing empathy, equality, and social-emotional support for all K-12 students. Skilled at mentoring, public speaking, and the successful development of innovative student support programs, Nichole offers a unique ability to energize and inspire the diverse populations of students, parents, educators, and administrators alike.
Nichole holds a Master of Education Degree from Cabrini University, where she also embarked upon postgraduate courses in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Crime and Justice from Albright College, and an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from PACE Institute. She received formal training at the National Special Education Advocacy Institute, Montgomery County, Pa Municipal Police Academy, and National Department for Behavioral Health.
She resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, Jim, and four children - Selena, Jessica, Jimmy and Connor. She enjoys fitness, animals, hybrid podcasts, and can often be found spending time with family or riding her Peloton.

Nichole has been selected to The CREA Global Award list - a prestigious list of honorees recognized for their creative ideas, adaptability in business, and work with sustainability or mental health, as well as the ECDF Earth Literacy Awards List, in the category of Excellence in Special Needs Education.
She is a member of Latinas in Business, The International Association for Female Professionals, National Association of Special Education Teachers, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and Women 2 Women of Berks County, Pa.
Nichole is an international, award-winning speaker. She presents powerful and engaging assembly programs, teaches professional development workshops and writes as an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine.
